ELECTRICAL/TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Standard electrical outlets are available at no charge BUT you must request at least two weeks prior to move in by email. Exhibitors must supply all cords (which must be 12-3 gauge wire, no household cords) from the outlet. To order an electrical outlet please email exhibitorinfo@bewisports.com, including a list of any items that you will be plugging in.

Telecommunications - Phone and internet connections are very difficult to access in the mall. If you require either of these services please email exhibitorinfo@bewisports.com ASAP and at least two weeks prior to move in with your exact needs. There are some areas where a connection is not possible, so it is imperative that you email BEWI as soon as you know what you need, so changes to your booth location can be made if necessary. Our past experience has been that to actually ensure interent connections you should plan on bringing your own cellphone, plug in card or other connection.
